What areas do you service?

We focus on helping PetParents within a 15 minute drive from the central location of the O’Fallon, Illinois Post Office.


What are the requirements?

We require that our clients FurBabies are up to date on their rabies, distemper, bordetella, & Canine Influenza vaccination. Your FurBabies must be flea or tick free, be in general good health and free of parasites (must be on preventative care). We require a minimum of three visits for canines each day and one visit each day for felines and other small animals unless it is a departing or arrival day. We require our paperwork (Contract, Pet Medical History, Veterinary Release Form) to be filled out. Most importantly, we require a meet and greet to ensure that all parties are comfortable.


What time do you start and end?

We start our first scheduled visits at 7:00 am and start our last scheduled visits at 8:00 pm for one hour visits and 8:30 pm for thirty minute visits. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year for our services. Office hours are Monday through Friday 09:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.


Why should you use a professional petsitter?

Professional pet sitters are trained and experienced with working with all types of animals and their personalities. We are able to personalize your FurBabies care based on what they like, dislike, fears, and habits. We are able to recognize and avoid dangerous situations and can devise a plan that best suits the situation. We are trained and experienced in administering medications. We are able to transport FurBabies to the owners primary veterinarian, if needed. We have backup plans in case of emergencies, such as car troubles or illness. Professional pet sitters are reliable making sure that your request are on prompt and on time.


What if something happens to my FurBaby?

We ensure that we provide the best care for your FurBaby. If there is any emergency or concern of your FurBaby’s health, you will be informed as soon as possible. If we cannot get a hold of you, we will contact your emergency contact deemed by your contract. If we cannot get ahold of your emergency contact, we will transport your FurBaby to your listed primary veterinarian. If your listed primary veterinarian is not available or we are not able to make contact, we will transport your FurBaby to the nearest emergency veterinarian. Please note that every effort will be made to contact you or your emergency contact. All situations and circumstances will follow your Veterinarian Release Form.


Are you insured?

Before hiring any pet sitter or dog walker, you should always ask for proof of licensing and insurance. We are fully insured and bonded through Pekin Insurance for your protection. We are licensed in the State of Illinois and O’Fallon Illinois. We are certified in Pet First Aid and Care through the American Red Cross.

Our insurance covers liability in the event of willful neglect or misconduct by one of our pet sitters or dog walkers. 

General Liability

General Liability coverage for claims due to injury or damages sustained by a third party.

  • $1,000,000 per occurrence

  • $2,000,000 aggregate limit

Animal Bailee Coverage

Coverage for injuries or damages sustained by an animal in our care, custody, or control.

  • $10,000 per occurrence

  • $30,000 aggregate limit

Lost Key Liability Coverage

If we were to lose the keys to a client’s residence, this coverage will cover the cost of installing new locks or having the building rekeyed.

  • $2,000 per occurrence

  • $2,000 aggregate limit


Do you have any fees?

Holiday Fees

  • A holiday fee of $5 per day will occur three days prior to the holiday and three days after the holiday. The day of the holiday will be a holiday fee of $10. All of the holiday fees go straight to the pet sitter assigned to your home. We charge holiday fees on: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr., Washington’s Birthday/President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve.

Processing Fees

  • We charge a processing fee of $3 if you pay with a credit card or debit card through our portal or pay with Venmo. We do not charge processing fees if a client pays with cash or check.

Accident Fees

  • We charge an accident fee of $3 per incident, if there is a consistent issue. Accident fees go straight to the pet sitter assigned to your home.

Off Site Disposal Fee

  • Off site disposal of pet waste is subject to a small disposal fee; starting at $5.00 per bag.


How much notice do you need in advance?

Booking Periods

Holidays (Canines): Four to Five Weeks in Advance 

Holidays (Felines): Three to Four Weeks in Advance 

Non-Holidays (Canines and Felines): Two to Three Weeks in Advance

Drop In Visits (Canines and Felines): Five to Seven Days in Advance


What are your temperature/ weather regulations?

Warm Weather

We do not walk canines for more than fifteen minutes if the temperature exceeds above 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cold Weather

We do not walk canines for more than fifteen minutes if the temperature is below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.

Storms/Rain

During rainy or stormy weather, we limit the amount of the time spent outside with canines. Typically we take the canines outside for them to use the bathroom. The rest of the visit is spent in inside or within a garage setting, if clients are present in the home.
