Throughout our entire lives, Pawsitively Happy Pet Services associates have provided love and affection to our FurBabies. Now, we are providing love and affection to our clients Furbabies on a regular basis. We ensure that will never compromise quality for time! We make sure to truly treat our clients FurBabies like they are own.

We Keep You Informed

We use an online/app portal allowing our clients to access information about their FurBabies care at the tips of their fingers from work, vacation, etc. With our online system, clients are able request appointments, view report cards, and process payments. Our report cards provide updates upon arrival, activities during our visit (photos/videos), and when we depart. If case of an emergency, we alert & inform our pet owners and their emergency contacts of the situation and assist in providing the best care plan possible.

We were all born and raised in the Saint Louis Metro East Area. We absolutely love our community and would not trade it for the world. We Are Licensed and Insured

We are a licensed business in the State of Illinois and locally licensed in the City of O’Fallon. We are insured and bonded through Pekin Insurance. We are certified through the American Red Cross for Cat and Dog First Aid. We also have certification for COVID-19 Certification Course for Professional Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers and Psychological First Aid: Supporting Yourself and Others During COVID-19.

We are the 2020 and 2021 Neighborhood Favorite Pet Care Provider in over five local O’Fallon neighborhoods. Every year, Nextdoor, the neighborhood hub, hosts local business awards called Neighborhood Favorites where neighbors vote on their favorite local businesses and service providers in a variety of categories.
